READY TO USE
We program it. You place it. Your customers tap.
Your programmed stand opens its intended Google review, social media or food-menu destination when tapped with a compatible smartphone. Visitors decide what to do on the destination page; a tap never automatically posts a review or follows a social account.
Having trouble with a tap?
01Check the phone
Confirm that the customer's phone supports NFC. On Android, enable NFC in Settings if required; compatible iPhones normally handle NFC tag reading automatically. Make sure the phone screen is on before tapping. If the stand is not detected, unlock the phone and try again. Depending on the device, NFC scanning may not work while the screen is off or the phone is locked.
02Try a different tap position
Hold the phone near the NFC area of the stand for a moment. The antenna position can vary between smartphones. Thick cases or metal attachments may interfere.
03Try another compatible device
If possible, test the same stand with another NFC-capable smartphone. This helps determine whether the issue is with a particular phone or the stand.
04Contact support
If neither device opens the intended link, report the issue and include your order reference, product type and a short photo or video demonstrating the problem.
Replacement and technical assistance
5-Year NFC Chip Warranty
Our five-year NFC chip warranty covers verified chip failure under normal intended use from confirmed delivery, for eligible stands delivered in Malaysia or overseas. Approved chip-defect replacements are supplied without charge. Replacement delivery within Malaysia is covered; for international orders, shipping arrangements and any applicable charges are reviewed and confirmed case by case. Contact MyBizDigital with your order reference for assessment. Accidental damage and customer-requested link changes are not chip defects.
Damaged when delivered
Report the issue promptly with photographs of the stand, outer packaging and shipping label. For verified delivery-related or MyBizDigital-caused damage, we arrange a replacement without charging you. For severe damage, we may approve a replacement without asking you to return the product.
Business link changed after delivery
Our stands are programmed before dispatch. If a customer-provided destination changes or was supplied incorrectly after programming and dispatch, remote rewriting is not offered. The customer must purchase a newly programmed stand at the applicable full price, plus delivery charges. MyBizDigital may request the original stand to be returned; the customer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact us before sending any item back. This policy does not apply to programming errors caused by MyBizDigital.
Accidental damage after delivery
Send your order reference and photographs so we can assess the issue. Damage caused by accidental drops, misuse or other customer-caused physical damage is not covered by the NFC chip warranty. A newly programmed replacement may be purchased at the applicable full product price, plus delivery charges. No returning-customer replacement discount applies.
Incorrect programming by MyBizDigital
If we programmed a stand with a destination different from the information you correctly supplied and approved before dispatch, contact us with the order reference and the intended link. After verifying our error, we arrange an appropriate correction or a newly programmed replacement without charging for the replacement product.
Technical investigation and evidence
If the stand still fails with more than one compatible, awake smartphone after the checks above, send your order reference, stand type, the link you expected to open and a short video of the tap attempt. For shipping damage, include clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label. This helps us determine whether troubleshooting, inspection or replacement is appropriate.
Returning a stand for assessment
Do not send a stand back before receiving instructions from MyBizDigital. We may request a return to verify a suspected fault or a customer-requested link change; whether a return is needed and who pays shipping depends on the cause of the issue. For customer-requested link changes after dispatch, the customer pays return shipping. Eligible defect claims are assessed under the five-year warranty and applicable law.
Contact MyBizDigital with your order reference and the issue you are experiencing. We will review the information and advise you on the next steps.
